Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) training teaches participants how to prevent crises by first recognizing behavioral escalation and knowing the corresponding best practice de-escalation techniques to utilize. CPI is a customizable training and aims empower staff with the appropriate skills to address their concerns and help organizations more effectively meet their needs.
